Rooms :
⭐️☆☆☆☆
Horrible maintenance and security. The security person is always away or sleeping or drunk and there have been many robberies in the apartment. CCTV is just for show and does not work. They charge for car parking and water seperately which comes up to almost 23k per month including rent for a 2 bhk which is not worth it considering the location and the size of the house and the facilities provided. The apartment is tiny with two tiny cupboards in each bedroom. The slum opposite to the apartment is very noisy with regular fights happening late at night.
Bathroom :
⭐️⭐️☆☆☆
Only one bathroom has a geyser. The other bathroom is supposed to have solar heated water but no water ever comes out of the solar tap. The bathroom don't have a mirror also. Just one tiny soap rack and dirty commodes.
Kitchen :
⭐️☆☆☆☆
Tiny kitchen with a defunct exhaust fan. Not enough storage space too.

⭐️☆☆☆☆
