The owner is a 70+-year-old man. He stays right above the home, in fact, the entire building is his. He knew he was renting to a family with a small baby, but he asked us to move because the baby was crying. When I was renting, I mentioned that my brother will be moving in with us after a couple of months, but when my brother actually moved in, he had a problem with that. For staying 6 months, he charged painting charges also. When I got a wifi connection, he had a problem with that because "they will put holes in his walls".
