The landlord is an asshole. He and her daughter will talk softly at the beginning but once you move into the house they will show their true colours. That house has kitchen trolleys and one of the trolleys is broken partially ( which we generally ignore) But at the time of vacating the house, he would use that and blame the tenant that you have broken this and would deduct the deposit amount. He would ask you to transfer the rent by 3 rd of every month but will take 15 days to return your deposit. He deducted 15k from my deposit (30k) for RO, kitchen trolleys, and Sorry bathroom ( which was dirty from the beginning). I had to send a legal notice to recover my deposit.
