The landlord is very greedy. He did not reduce the amount for when we were in our hometown for 8 months and when asked said we should be happy that he is not gonna increase rent after 12 months due to covid. We hardly stayed in the house but he took one month's rent +maintenance for painting charges and also took an extra 1000 for lights. Please do not join the apartment. He has cut the 1-month rent though we only stayed in the house for 4 months
