Very Small house for the big rent, Owner used live in a different city but user visits property like not announced guest. Yes, We Took the house during demonetisation period when cash and other transactions were limited. They took the advantage and asked deposit to be paid in cash also took the month's rent in advance (pre-paid rent) for a month. While vacating they said they didn't take advance rent and we couldn't prove it because it was not an online transaction. Also, I was ready to give the house painted and cleaned for one more month rent amount which they were deducted but they were not ready I wonder why they didn't agree. We kept complaining about Gysers all 3 years they were not bothered but when we were leaving for 3rd-grade geysers they deducted 9k.
