Good at the time of taking for rent and advance. Horrible while returning the advance amount. Out of 1.5 lakh deposited, the owner has cut 30k in the name of painting a 2bhk apartment. Best is to avoid the home completely. Got the advance back after 2 months after constant bickering and that too after deducting 30k.
