The flat was good 3BHK + 3 Bathrooms, Good view, swimming pool facing, well lit, on 12th floor, south-facing balcony. The owner deducted 75k from the deposit for painting and repairs, though we agreed to a one-month deduction as some repairs were required. But he gave some random estimate charges and stopped replying to our emails. While staying, 1 year back he even asked for more security which we never agreed. Also, the owner is very adamant, used to increase rent by almost 10%, after a lot of convincing he agreed to 5 % increase that was also not fixed.
