I stayed in the house hardly for 3 months and the owner was a very rubbish person in terms of electricity bills and house rent. He was putting lots of restrictions such as paying rent on the exact day also electricity bill, it was quite tough for me to pay the bills on time since I wasn't at that place, also he demanded to have cash rather than an online transfer. Once I put a comment as a "rent" in online transfer and he just told me not to do that, also he agreed on sharing the pan details but during the agreement, he started saying for an 11-month stay he will not share the pan, after doing lots of what's app messaging he shared a pan number not sure to whom it belongs. Overall he wasn't friendly and was trying to play mind games such as during vacating the flat I forgot the rental agreement, when I Dunzo it and requested him to handover the rental agreement then he mentioned that if I pay the electricity bill then he will handover the rental agreement to delivery partner, in response I told him that I will pay the electricity bill once he shares pan.
