House is managed by a guy named Surajit Singa and he managed multiple flats in the society whose owners stay away. Yes, this guy who first said he's the owner's friend and later came to know that he manages few flats in the society for NRI owners. He charged a high amount (almost double) for painting, deep cleaning, also pest control which was not in agreement. And wanted the keys before returning the deposit amount.
