The house was good but inauspicious. Something bad kept happening in the house. The owner of the house does not treat all the tenants equally. Load interference. Objections to cooking like chutney. Has issues with delivery agents, broadband guys. Cannot even drill a hole for a hanger, Internet wire. Observed that the owner locks the gate if multiple parcel delivery. Hypersensitive. Unstable. Always screaming. Wish the house only for enemies. Abusive. Torture to stay there. 4 months rent was deducted from advance while returning instead of 1 month for painting & maintenance + 1 month of pending notice period
