The furnishings which were provided were going faulty one by one, had to get them repaired by myself, the owner didn't provide money for that. first, he told me that he will cut one month's rent from my deposit but then after requesting him so many times he didn't do it. Also, he literally shouted at me to sign the agreement saying that I have received the deposit amount though he hadn't transferred the same at that time.
