The stay was fine but when we decided to vacate the house owner was not willing to return the deposit. After 11 months when we asked how much he would like to increase the rent he said no need and it went on the same. when we needed to move to a bigger house we gave him 2 months notice to vacate and at that point, he was like you did not increase after 11 months so I will deduct from the deposit, and after a lot of arguments which he was not ready to listen to he was not ready to return even the remaining balance at all. we had to proceed legally to get our deposit back. Yes, the Owner, who owns a shop in Tulasi road Marathahalli was too greedy and was not willing to return the deposit.
