The flat was so dirty when we saw the place.. We agreed to move and we had to deep clean the house while we entered. The landlord(Dr. A K Pujahari) agreed at that time but deducted various unreasonable charges(deep cleaning charges, painting charges, repairs) while we moved out from the security deposit. It was not mentioned in the agreement and the landlord refused it outright. Very arrogant, greedy, and deducted 40 thousand from the security deposit. The agreement did not mention the painting charges. But, the flat owner deducted money for painting charges, deep cleaning, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs. Very arrogant and money minded.
