The house was fine. We had to take care of any issues which came with the house. The owner was not good. He didn't give our deposit back. Bank people used to come to visit us asking for him. After 2 months he has a small amount of deposit back because we were fighting with him.
I gave 75k, gave back 10k after 2 months. Owner not responding or being in contact or provided any explanation. Nothing.
