Worst experience. It has been 2 months since we have vacated the room but still, the landlord has not returned our deposit in the amount of Rs 1.25 lakhs.
Even after 2 months have not received the rent. He has a lot of flats in the building and has not returned the deposit from other tenants. Don't take a flat under him. Be aware.
