Terrible plumbing. Had multiple pipe breaks and leaks.

The location was great. Could walk everywhere. Ubers and food delivery were very convenient. Given it was never to the road, the noise was an issue.
Neighbors weren't an issue. Owner kept to himself. The caretaker family was kind and helpful and made my time there, especially during covid, livable.

The house is satisfactory. Location is great. Amenities are fine. You won't get much direct sunlight. The road is a tad cramped. Just be aware that the owner is very slow to respond and that the rooms can get noisy due to the road outside (during festival processions, the noise is legitimately unbearable).
