Rooms are quite spacious and have good ventilation/lighting. However, there are no balconies for most of the flats

Good location and cab availability. But the 2 stars is due to the terrible rules set by the association. Food delivery isn't allowed inside although everyone roams here without wearing face masks (Everyone but food delivery folks are allowed which is ridiculous). The noise is unbearable. Kids play in corridors (and ride cycles!!!) and scream like maniacs while their parents don't even bother to train their kids with discipline. And some kids practice dance inside their flats without a mat/mattress below and that noise travels across floors as the building is made of hollow bricks. People have no regards for privacy and tend to make noise all the time. They also shamed and kicked out 2 girls just for having guy friends come over. Misogynistic pigs!! They also stopped a guy from visiting his flat just because he had travelled to hometown during COVID. While these boomers roam openly without wearing masks
