IS a small room suitable for a small family of 4. Being the centre building, the room is exposed to the 5th block albeit a bit far. There is a wooden wardrobe fully enclosed i.e. the top portion also closed to store your suitcase and stuff.

The hall is quite big and can be divided into a small room if necessary. There is 1 balcony which is fullly covered. The hall faces outwards to 5th and 1st block

There are around 600+ apartment in this. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stand is also near. Railway sTation and major bus stands within 8 kms.

Overall had a pleasant stay. The owner provides his pan card xerox and you can pay the rent via bank transfer too which was really halpful. He will also sign the Rent receipts in case you have to show to your company. The building is old >20 years but faced no problem. Since we had no vehicle, parking was not a concern but keep in mind if you have vehicle.
