The building name is Maria Nivas. I have stayed there for more than 2 years. But during the pandemic, the owners refused to reduce the rent, while for everybody else it was reduced. We never stayed there in the entire 1.5 year time, and they have even asked for a rent increment as per the contract. Finally, I have managed to travel to Bangalore and tried to vacate the house. He charged for full additional month and took a half month cut in the name of re-painting. The house wasn’t even used by me for 6 months straight. While the area is good, and building quality was acceptable, the owner behaviour makes it a downvote.
